| Boarding fees are $200.00 per horse $500.00 per stallion. A $300 foaling fee is charged to foal your mare at JT's Ranch The new foal is $50 per month through the end of 5 months or at time of weaning; which ever comes first. Thereon, the foal is charged the current boarding fee. Any increase in board will be submitted to the boarders 60 days in advance of said increase; Board is due and payable the firstof the month in which the horse(s) is being boarded. All new boarders will be required to pay for the partial month in which their horse(s) is boarded on the day they arrive to the stable or reserve the stall. Boarders should give the stable manager 30 days notice prior to removing their horse(s) from the stable. Horse(s) may not be removed from the stable property without all bills being paid in full. Any board paid after the 7th of the month will be assesseda $2.00 per day per horse, penalty. All horses must have proof of a negative Coggins test to be allowed on stable property.All horses must be current on Potomac Fever, Rhino, Flu, Tetanus, Encephalomyelitis, West Niles, Strangles and Rabies.Worming must be done every 8 to 10 weeks. Horse owners agree to maintain a farrier at reasonable intervals. The stable manager reserves the right to call a veterinarian if deemed necessary. All attempts to contact horse owner will be made first. Boarders are responsible for all injuries and illnesses acquired by their horse including all vet fees, medication, and care. Boarders are responsible for administering health care to their horse(s) unless special arrangements are made with the stable manager. There may be a charge for this service.Boarders may use the barn and facilities at any reasonable time. The stable managers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, tack, or equipment left here. Tack and equipment should be clearly marked for identification. Boarders are asked to respect the stable property and the property of others. Boarders need to pick up after themselves and their guests. No smoking is allowed on the stable property for safety reasons. Insurance coverage of horse and equipment is the responsibility of the owner. |
