As a visitor of the JT's Ranch, the following
disclaimer of liability must be signed and dated by the visitor or legal guardian:
I, _________________________, in visiting the JT's Ranch and in using the facility or participating
in any activity, including that with animals, do so at my own risk. The JT'S Ranch, property owners,
and animal owners shall not be liable for any damage arising from personal injury sustained by me or by
my animals while visiting. I assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries which may occur to me or
my animals, and so hereby fully and forever exonerate and discharge the JT's Ranch, property owners, and animal
owners from any and all claims, demands, damages, right of action or causes of action, present or future,
whether the same be known, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my
participation and use of the facilities.
